Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup powdered natural sweetener
  • 1 tsp liquid splenda
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 3 TB key lime juice
  • 1 TB lime zest
  • 1 TB lemon zest

Instructions

  • In a small bowl whip cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetener, continue to whip until sweetener is well combined. Add liquid sweetener if desired.
  • Add in extract and lime juice. Add in heavy cream. Whip until creamy and smooth. Zest lemon and lime. Add in zest blending briefly.
  • Serve immediately or chill.
