- 1 TB butter melted
- 1 TB brown sugar alternative
- 1 TB granulated natural sweetener
- 1/2 tsp cake batter extract optional
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg yolk only
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 TB sugar-free sprinkles
Melt your butter in a microwave sage shallow mug or ramekin. Add sweeteners and extract. Mixing well to combine.
Separate your egg, adding only the yolk to the mix.. Add salt. Combine egg thoroughly.
Add almond flour. Mix well, scraping sides and bottom of cup. Add sprinkles.
Microwave 40 seconds to 1 minute. Do not overcook. Glaze with keto frosting if desired.
