Keto Italian Sausage Soup

- 1 lb Italian sausage cooked; regular or spicy
- 1/4 onion diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 zucchini squash diced
- 1 15oz roasted tomatoes
- 2 cups spinach fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp pizza seasoning optional
In a soup stockpot, or large sauce pan, brown Italian sausage.
Add in chopped onion and sauté briefly. Add in grated Parmesan to coat the meat and onion.
Add chicken broth. Bring to a low simmer. Add in seasoning and veggies.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes, or until veggies are tender. Add in heavy cream and simmer 5 more minutes.
Serve immediately, Top with freshly grated parmesan vheese if desired.
