Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large oven-proof skillet, cook chicken on both sides until golden brown. Transfer chicken to a plate.
In the same skillet, stir in garlic, herbs, tomatoes, and seasoning. Briefly cooking. Add chicken broth. Simmer 1 minute, and remove chicken bits from the skillet.
Add in cream and cheese. Stir until cheese dissolves. Return chicken to skillet.
Bake 12 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Arrange chicken on plates, and cover each portion with sauce.
