Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 TB basil fresh
  • 1 TB thyme fresh
  • 1 tsp red pepper flake
  • 1 tsp garlic seasoning
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese fresh; grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large oven-proof skillet, cook chicken on both sides until golden brown. Transfer chicken to a plate.
  • In the same skillet, stir in garlic, herbs, tomatoes, and seasoning. Briefly cooking. Add chicken broth. Simmer 1 minute, and remove chicken bits from the skillet.
  • Add in cream and cheese. Stir until cheese dissolves. Return chicken to skillet.
  • Bake 12 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees. Arrange chicken on plates, and cover each portion with sauce.
