  • In a microwave safe mug or ramekin, melt butter.
  • Add heavy cream and vanilla. Add in egg. Stirring very well. Add one of your TB of cocoa powder. Stir until well combined.
  • Add in second TB of cocoa powder. Stirring until well combined. Add in sweetener.
  • Continue to stir until batter is smooth and velvety.
  • Insert chocolate piece(s) into center just covered. Microwave for 1 minute.
  • For full lava effect, invert onto a plate. Serve immediately.
