1/2cupice
1/2cupcold water
1cupfull fat Greek yogurtI used Fage 5%

Instructions
Add gelatin to a small bowl. Boil 3/4 cup water in a small saucepan or microwave. Add to gelatin and whisk until thoroughly dissolved. Add ice combined with cold water to mixture of equal one cup. Pour ingredients into blender. Add Greek yogurt. Whip on high for one minute or longer until well combined and frothy. Pour into dessert glasses, or one large bowl. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Garnish with berries and whipped cream if desired. Makes 4 one cup servings.
