Keto Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb. steak I used ribeye & sirloin, Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 onion roughly chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper sliced thinly
  • 6 oz. white mushrooms chopped
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Steak seasoning to taste
  • 2 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 oz white American cheese diced
  • 7 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°
  • Sauté and brown strips of steak until brown and mostly cooked. Drain necessary moisture.
  • Add sliced veggies and continue to sauté until slightly softened. Add seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat.
  • Add softened cream cheese. Combine eggs and heavy cream whisking well. Add diced American cheese. Pour into mixture. Stir well.
  • Place in casserole dish 8x10, or 9x9....place slices of provolone to fit top of casserole.
  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Broiling top at the end if desired. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
