- 4 cups chicken cooked; chopped
- 2 cups spinach fresh
- 12 oz artichoke hearts regular or marinated
- 2 cups mozzerella cheese or Italian blend
- 1/2 cup bacon crumbled; cooked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic fresh; minced
- 1/4 cup parmesan grated
- 2 TB Italian blend seasoning Johnny's
- salt and pepper add to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish combine chicken, spinach, bacon, and artichoke hearts. Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients except cheese. mix well to combine.
Pour sauce over casserole mixing well. Add half the cheese. Stir in. Add remaining cheese to cover surface.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Broil top if desired. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
