Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 onion white; chopped
  • 10 slices american cheese cut into 2 inch squares
  • 5 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 35 pickle chips

special burger sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 3 pickles small; chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp liquid splenda optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine ground beef and chopped onion.
  • Scoop 1 1/2 TB servings into silicone mold or onto a parchment lined tray. Bake 15 minutes.
  • Drain oil, or transfer cooked mini patties. Top with sliced American cheese. Melt briefly in still warm oven. Top with additional toppings using toothpicks to hold together.

Sauce instructions:

  • Combine sauce ingredients in a mini food processer or blender until well combined. Chill until serving.
