Easy Big Mac Bites are appetizers that taste like your favorite fast-food burger!
All the flavors of a Big Mac but in a fun bite-sized portion that’s perfect for parties, or the upcoming super bowl!
But what is the best part? These perfect little snacks are also keto-friendly, which means you don’t have to starve at the next potluck or party you attend!
They’ll be enjoyed by everyone – keto-dieters and carb-lovers alike – so no need to double up on the dishes you bring. This one covers it all, and you’re guaranteed something to eat!
The idea is quite simple – take all the components of a Big Mac and instead of serving it up on a carby bun, skewer the ingredient , complete with “special sauce”.
Whip it together and set it aside in the fridge while you cook the rest of the ingredients.
This secret ingredient was part of our Big Mac salad we made a few years ago while on vacation in Hawaii! It’s also one of our daughter Izzy’s often requested meals.
80/20 is generally best. It has a nice meat to fat ratio. I cook my patties in my little silicone molds, but just making little patties works as well.
Classic diner staple. But really any cheese works here. Pepper jack would provide a nice zing.
Pretty nutrient non-existence, lol. However, it does provide ideal crunch!
Essential for our sliders, and our sauce. You really want dill here, and the carbs are lower.

The Big Mac is a hamburger sold by the international fast food restaurant chain McDonald’s. It was introduced in the Greater Pittsburgh area in 1967 and nationwide in 1968. It is one of the company’s flagship products and signature dishes.

Well, these little flavor bombs really were delicious! Sarah’s been pitching these to me for several months, and I was like “meh” I don’t know. Now is the perfect time just before the Super Bowl! This recipe is easy to make and great for any family get together they make a great appetizer but they are also very filling so they could easily become a meal. We film our recipe videos every Thursday, and if it’s a savory recipe then it’s our dinner. These Big MAC bites became our dinner and were really satisfying. The best bite comes when you really dip it in the special sauce and get it well coated. We hope you enjoy these and realize that you can make these anytime for any reason.

Keto Big Mac Burger Bites
- silicone mold optional
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 1/3 onion white; chopped
- 10 slices american cheese cut into 2 inch squares
- 5 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 35 pickle chips
special burger sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 3 pickles small; chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp liquid splenda optional
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine ground beef and chopped onion.
- Scoop 1 1/2 TB servings into silicone mold or onto a parchment lined tray. Bake 15 minutes.
- Drain oil, or transfer cooked mini patties. Top with sliced American cheese. Melt briefly in still warm oven. Top with additional toppings using toothpicks to hold together.
- Combine sauce ingredients in a mini food processer or blender until well combined. Chill until serving.
