Cheesy Bacon Ranch Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 TB ranch seasoning
  • 3 TB cold butter cubed
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bacon crumbled and cooked
  • 3/4 cup cheese any

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking tray with silicone or parchment.
  • Mash your butter into dry ingredients(almond flour, baking soda, seasonings) until it's a crumbly sandy mixture.
  • Dig a well in the center and add egg and cream. Combine mixture being careful to not over work the dough.
  • Stir in bacon and cheese.
  • Drop dough onto sheet in balls. My mixture made 12.
  • Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Adding more time if necessary until lightly browned. Let cool before removing from tray.
