Cheesy Bacon Ranch Puffs | Keto Low Carb
These ranch cheddar bacon puffs take my original basic keto cheddar biscuits up a notch, and you will only need a few more ingredients to make these flavorful, addictive puffs.
Using only a few ingredients you most likely have on hand doing the keto diet, you can whip these up in no time!
Now the only problem is that they’ll probably disappear in no time as well! So double the batch, or make sure to hide a couple for yourself once they come out of the oven.
For these ranch bacon cheddar puffs, you will cook your bacon first, then set aside to drain and cool on a paper towel lined plate.
In a large mixing bowl, you will combine your almond flour, baking powder, and ranch dressing mix. Cut the butter in small pieces and add to the flour mixture and combine with your hands or pastry blender until crumbly. I usually do this by hand.
Put in cheese, cream and bacon crumbles and combine with a spoon until well incorporated, taking care not to over mix.
Then, all you have to do is drop these on a silicone lined baking sheet and you’re in business!
