  • popsicle mold silicone; optional

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 TB lime zest
  • 1/3 cup key lime juice or regular lime juice
  • 1/2 cup swerve powdered; more or less to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 drops green food coloring optional

Instructions

  • Using a blender, combine all ingredients.
  • Pour mixture evenly into molds, or cups. Insert sticks.
  • Freeze 3 to 4 hours until firm. Remove from freezer to left soften slightly for removal.
