These Easy Key Lime Popsicles are refreshing, sweet, slightly tangy, and have a perfect balance of flavors. These frosty treats are made with only a couple ingredients and keep you cool and your taste buds happy all summer long!
Why Greek Yogurt?
Protein. I’m being serious here. I like to enjoy frozen treats, and a creamy key lime inspired popsicle that has some protein and good fats helps. Then it’s like a snack and treat all in one.
My other reason for using Greek yogurt in this frozen lime popsicle recipe is that it freezes well! The slightly lower liquid content in the Greek yogurt helps offset the liquid added by the lime juice.

keto key lime popsicles
Equipment
- popsicle mold silicone; optional
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 TB lime zest
- 1/3 cup key lime juice or regular lime juice
- 1/2 cup swerve powdered; more or less to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 drops green food coloring optional
Instructions
- Using a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Pour mixture evenly into molds, or cups. Insert sticks.
- Freeze 3 to 4 hours until firm. Remove from freezer to left soften slightly for removal.
