Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl combine crust ingredients.
Press firmly and evenly into a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish.
Bake 10 minutes. Let cool.
Filling:
In a medium sized bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sweetener. Add remaining filling ingredients.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Pour over cooled crust, spreading evenly.
Topping:
After smoothing cheesecake layer. Combine sweetener and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over cheesecake layer. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, or overnight. Cut into bars for serving. Cinnamon layer will darken and soften.
