Preheat oven to 400 degree.
Combine cream cheese and mozzarella in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 1 minute increments until soft and gooey.
Let slightly cool. Add egg, combine by hand, or with a spoon.
Meanwhile, combine almond flour, seasonings, and whey powder.
Add dry ingredients into dough. Heat briefly if necessary to facilitate blending.
Using a silicone matt, or parchment, knead dough briefly. Wet hands often to help dough behave. Divide dough into 8 even pieces. Spread around hot dogs.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Create egg wash by combining second egg with a bit of water. Brush dogs with egg wash, sprinkle with optional bagel seasoning.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Cut into 4 pieces per hotdog.
