  • In a microwave safe greased mug or ramekin, Combine dry ingredients. Reserve a few chocolate chips for topping.
  • Add liquid. Stirring well, scrapping the bottom well. Microwave 45 seconds, or until almost set. Top with remaining chips. Cook additional 15 seconds.
  • Let sit for a few minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
