  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked chopped bacon
  • 4 oz chopped pimentos drained

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mixing well.
  • Spread into an 8-inch baking dish. Cook 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
