Ingredients

  • 3 lb steak or stew meat cubed to 1 inch
  • 1 pk au jus mix
  • 1 pk onion soup mix
  • 4 TB butter sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  • Cut the steak or beef to 1 inch cubes. Sear on high heat if desired.
  • Place the beef in the bottom of a slow cooker. Sprinkle mixes evenly over meat.
  • Place pats of butter evenly on top. Pour broth over the top.
  • Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
