Slow cooker Steak Bites
Equipment
- slow cooker
Ingredients
- 3 lb steak or stew meat cubed to 1 inch
- 1 pk au jus mix
- 1 pk onion soup mix
- 4 TB butter sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Cut the steak or beef to 1 inch cubes. Sear on high heat if desired.
- Place the beef in the bottom of a slow cooker. Sprinkle mixes evenly over meat.
- Place pats of butter evenly on top. Pour broth over the top.
- Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
