Keto Taco Saucers(Cups)

Ingredients

Taco Toppings:

  • 1 lb ground beef cooked
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Cook your ground beef and set aside.
  • In a bowl combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk or blend in food processor eggs, cheese and melted butter.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add 1 cup of cheese to form a dough.
  • In a muffin tin or silicone ramekin, place a small amount of dough and spread around.
  • Prebake dough for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and add meat, cilantro, onions, and cheese. Top with more cheese.
  • Bake 8 to 10 additional minutes. Top cups with cold taco ingredients if desired.
