Keto Taco Saucers(Cups)

Taco Toppings:
- 1 lb ground beef cooked
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cook your ground beef and set aside.
In a bowl combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk or blend in food processor eggs, cheese and melted butter.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add 1 cup of cheese to form a dough.
In a muffin tin or silicone ramekin, place a small amount of dough and spread around.
Prebake dough for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and add meat, cilantro, onions, and cheese. Top with more cheese.
Bake 8 to 10 additional minutes. Top cups with cold taco ingredients if desired.
