3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Mousse

Ingredients

  • 14 oz coconut cream chilled
  • 2 to 4 TB peanut butter creamy; to taste
  • 2 TB powdered swerve

Instructions

  • Add chilled coconut cream to medium sized mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until creamy and smooth.
  • Add peanut butter. Using 2TB, working up to more for increased peanut butter flavor. Add sweetener.
  • Continue whipping until well combined. Serve immediately, or chill.
  • Top with sugar-free chocolate syrup, or chips if desired.
