- 14 oz coconut cream chilled
- 2 to 4 TB peanut butter creamy; to taste
- 2 TB powdered swerve
Add chilled coconut cream to medium sized mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until creamy and smooth.
Add peanut butter. Using 2TB, working up to more for increased peanut butter flavor. Add sweetener.
Continue whipping until well combined. Serve immediately, or chill.
Top with sugar-free chocolate syrup, or chips if desired.
