15 Minute Alfredo Sauce
A simple an deliciously rich homemade alfredo sauce, made in 15 minutes!
Cook Time 15 minutes minutes
- 6 TB butter
- 1.5 cups heavy cream room temperature
- 6 oz grated parmesan cheese fresh is recommended
- 1 cloves garlic or powdered equivalent
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. If using fresh garlic, cook until light brown. Remove from heat for a few minutes to cool.
Pour in the heavy cream. Whisk until combined over low heat.
Add in cheese and continually whisk until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper. Sauce will thicken as it sits.
