15 Minute Alfredo Sauce

A simple an deliciously rich homemade alfredo sauce, made in 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 6 TB butter
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream room temperature
  • 6 oz grated parmesan cheese fresh is recommended
  • 1 cloves garlic or powdered equivalent
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. If using fresh garlic, cook until light brown. Remove from heat for a few minutes to cool.
  • Pour in the heavy cream. Whisk until combined over low heat.
  • Add in cheese and continually whisk until cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper. Sauce will thicken as it sits.
