This is a easy and delicious recipe, great for a quick family friendly weeknight meal. You can whip this dish up in probably less than 1 hour. With only 4 ingredients it is sure to hit the spot. This recipe harkens back to the 50 and 60's when there were a lot of quick recipes using mixes such as bisquik dishes such as the famous "Impossible Pie." This dish however only use non-plant based ingredients such as meat, eggs, cheese, heavy cream so it's idea for those doing a Keto Carnivore, or Carnivore lifestyle. This Taco Pie serves 8-9 people depending how big your pieces are. We had this for dinner, and also had for lunch for a couple of days and it was delicious even when reheated.
Using a blender or by hand combine the eggs, cream, and season if desired. Mix well.
Place your cooked and seasoned ground beef in your pie pan.
Sprinkle with half of your shredded cheese (reserve some for later)
Slow pour your cream mixture over your ground beef and cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set and the cheese browned.
Remove from oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
Enjoy!
