Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup caesar dressing prepared or fresh
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Sear 2 lbs of chicken meat(optional step). Line an 8x11 inch baking dish with a layer of chicken.
  • Sprinkle with half the cheese.
  • Combine sour cream and Caesar dressing. Whisk to combine. Pour over chicken. Spread evenly.
  • Season if desired. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Broil one minute if desired.
