Keto Chicken Divan Casserole

- 3 lbs. chicken cooked; chopped
- 20 oz. broccoli florets cooked
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. mayonnaise
- 1 TB lemon juice
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 TB butter melted
- 1/2 cup parmesan grated
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Steam broccoli. Drain well. Place over chopped chicken.
Combine wet ingredients and spices. Whisk to incorporate. Pour over casserole. Add shredded cheese mixing slightly.
Mix melted butter, flour and parmesan. Sprinkle over the casserole evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes. Broil top if desired. Allow to sit 10 minutes. Serves 8
