Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Cream butter and powdered natural sweetener with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
Add in almond flour, salt, and extracts. Mixture will be crumbly.
Fold in chopped pecans by hand. Using a 2TB cookie baller, scoop dough and place about 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Flatten slightly with your hand. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until just lightly brown. Let cool completely on tray before removing.
Store in tight container for up to 7 days.
