In a large skillet...slowly toast almond flour until lightly browned and aromatic.
Add crumb into a small bowl. Add sweetener, cocoa powder and melted butter. Toss to combine. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sweetener with a hand mixer. Add heavy cream and vanilla. Puree strawberries. Whip into cheesecake mixture.
In fancy bowls or glasses, layer chocolate crumbs, followed by strawberry cheesecake mixture layer by layer, ending with cheesecake mixture. Garnish if desired. Chill.
