Shrimp Creole Deviled Eggs
Add a tasty zing to traditional eggs with savory Cajun spice and fresh shrimp

- 6 eggs hard-boiled, shelled
- 12 shrimp cooked
- 1/4 cup mayonaisse
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp pickle relish
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
To egg yolks in a small bowl, combine all ingredients except shrimp. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Scoop yolk mixture evenly into egg white cups. Top each half with a shrimp piece.
Chill until serving.
