WHAT ARE DEVILED EGGS?
Deviled eggs, also known as stuffed eggs, dressed eggs or Russian eggs, are basically hard-boiled eggs with a makeover.
They’re shelled, sliced in half, and then the yolks are mixed with mayo, mustard and seasonings to create a creamy, flavorful filling.
They’re generally served cold, which makes them a popular snacking option for spring and summer holidays.
