Cinnamon Bun Mug Cake

A warm gooey cinnamon roll in mug cake form made low carb.

Ingredients

Cake:

Cinnamon swirl:

  • 1 1/2 TB brown low carb sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 TB butter

Icing:

Instructions

Cake Instructions:

  • Combine cake ingredients. Divide into halves. Leaving some in the mug or ramekin you will be using. Set aside.

Cinnamon Swirl Instructions:

  • Combine ingredients and warm briefly in microwave. Pour slowly onto cake to make a swirl.
    Add second half of cake back onto swirl. Repeat, ending with swirl.
  • Cook in microwave for 1 minute, or until just set. Top with optional icing.

Icing:

  • Briefly heat butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sweetener. Stir throughly until smooth. Pipe onto cake.
