Cheesecake batter:
- 5 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 TB natural sweetener allulose
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste optional, or extract
- 1 egg yolk room temp.
Cheesecake batter:
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetener for 1 minute until blended with hand mixer.
Add vanilla and egg yolk. mix well until fluffy.
Divide batter evenly between ramekins.
cover tightly with foil. puncture foil to release steam.
Cook in preheated air fryer set at 310 degrees for 25 minutes, or until internal temp is 150 degrees.
Uncover and chill 4 hours, or overnight.
