This air fryer cheesecake recipe doesn’t need a water bath and takes only 25 minutes to bake.
It is dreamy, rich, slightly tangy cheesecake perfection. Perfect for the depths of summer, when you want to enjoy the decadent dessert but you don’t want to heat up your house.
Making cheesecake in the air fryer is very simple: Make the buttery shortbread crust, whip up the velvety filling, and bake the cheesecake in the air fryer
It should be noted that you need to let air fryer cheesecake chill for several hours (preferably overnight) so that it is completely set before you dig in!

Keto Air Fryer Cheesecake
Equipment
Ingredients
shortbread crust:
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- 1 TB butter melted
Cheesecake batter:
- 5 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 TB natural sweetener allulose
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste optional, or extract
- 1 egg yolk room temp.
Instructions
Shortbread crust:
- Melt butter. Add to almond flour and cinnamon. Form crust. Press into bottom of two 9 oz ramekins. Set aside.
Cheesecake batter:
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sweetener for 1 minute until blended with hand mixer.
- Add vanilla and egg yolk. mix well until fluffy.
- Divide batter evenly between ramekins.
- cover tightly with foil. puncture foil to release steam.
- Cook in preheated air fryer set at 310 degrees for 25 minutes, or until internal temp is 150 degrees.
- Uncover and chill 4 hours, or overnight.
