When your sweet tooth is calling, there’s no better way to answer it than with some fudge. Rich, decadent and creamy, fudge is a guaranteed hit no matter the occasion.

But you don’t have to head out to a specialty candy shop or spend half a day making homemade fudge to get some. We’ll show you how to make a microwave fudge that’s so easy you will be astonished. Best of all it’s completely sugar-free.

Traditionally, fudge needs to be boiled, brought to the soft-ball stage, cooled and beaten, and it requires special tools like a candy thermometer. This one-minute fudge recipe, however, only needs a bowl, spatula and small pan. How simple is that?


This simple chocolate fudge needs no stove, candy thermometers, or staring at your pot endlessly. There’s no precise temperature measurement, resting period, nor prolonged stirring.

The sweet and chocolatey flavor is a great base for you to experiment with by adding other ingredients: nuts for crunch, sprinkles for color, or perhaps natural flavorings for an extra boost. Customize this fudge with variations and make your own version.


Although you’re unlikely to have leftovers, if any is left, keep it in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.

Keto One Minute Fudge

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips *for this recipe we suggest using Lilly’s chips*
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 TB confectioner's natural sweetener


  • Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave for one minute. Your chips will be mostly melted.
  • Continue to stir until fully melted and ingredients are combined well.
  • Turn your fudge out into a parchment lined dish. Allow to cool in fridge.
  • Cut into bite sized fudge squares. Keep refriderated.
