Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken cooked; chopped
  • 3 cups riced cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup SF BBQ sauce
  • 1 can rotel
  • 3 green onions diced
  • 3 strips bacon cooked; chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp salt & pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients together. Reserve 1 cup of cheese.
  • Add combined ingredients into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes if desired for browning. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
