Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs chicken cooked; chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz low-carb Caesar salad dressing
  • 8 oz fresh spinanch
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream optional for thinning
  • 2 oz fresh parmesan
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella
  • 2 TB garlic parmesan seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl combine, cream cheese, dressing, cream(if necessary) and seasoning to form a sauce.
  • Add in chicken, spinach, and cheeses. Reserve some cheese for topping.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Broiling for a few minutes for browning on top.
  • Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
