There’s nothing worse than dry and overcooked chicken. You won’t have that problem with this juicy recipe, because this melt in your mouth chicken is anything but dry.

Creamy Caesar Chicken is the perfect EASY CHICKEN RECIPE to make for a crowd because you can spend time with friends instead of spending time in the kitchen.
This moist and tender chicken is as easy as smothering the chicken in Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. Add some fresh spinach, and you won’t even a veggie side dish!
The parmesan helps to thicken the sauce and it all bakes down to cheesy creamy perfection.
No need to even season the chicken because the caesar dressing already has enough flavor to go around. However, some simple garlic, salt and pepper would be perfect. I of course used my beloved garlic seasoning from Johnny’s, but Weber makes a great garlic parmesan seasoning also….
You can make Caesar dressing…if you prefer to make your own. Most bottled products are fairly low in carbs.
Our girls ate this with rotini underneath, and they all gave it two thumbs up!

Keto Caesar Chicken Bake
Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs chicken cooked; chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz low-carb Caesar salad dressing
- 8 oz fresh spinanch
- 1/3 cup heavy cream optional for thinning
- 2 oz fresh parmesan
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- 2 TB garlic parmesan seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine, cream cheese, dressing, cream(if necessary) and seasoning to form a sauce.
- Add in chicken, spinach, and cheeses. Reserve some cheese for topping.
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Broiling for a few minutes for browning on top.
- Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
