Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
whisk together dry ingredients well
mash your butter into the dry ingredients until it’s a crumbly sandy mixture
dig a well in the center and add egg and cream
combine the mixture being careful not to overwork it
form dough into 6 biscuits and place on parchment paper covered sheet
bake for 15 to 20 minutes (oven times vary)
