This recipe is a BONUS recipe for the week! We present Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits! These have all the taste of the delicious Cheddar Bay Biscuits made famous at Red Lobster, but without all of the carbs.

Why a BONUS recipe this week?

C.J. is traveling down in Georgia and Florida, so we pulled out this video, that we shot last winter. It was one of those “just in case” videos and recipes.  Well the “just in case” is now here. We use this recipe in several of our recipes.  For example our Keto Biscuits and Gray recipe from 2018 (the link is below).  We also use a variation of this recipe with our Keto Chicken and Dumplings recipe as well, be sure to check those dishes out they are delicious.

Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • whisk together dry ingredients well
  • mash your butter into the dry ingredients until it’s a crumbly sandy mixture
  • dig a well in the center and add egg and cream
  • combine the mixture being careful not to overwork it
  • form dough into 6 biscuits and place on parchment paper covered sheet
  • bake for 15 to 20 minutes (oven times vary)
