Ingredients

  • 1 box orange sugar-free jello 0.3 oz.
  • 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tsp orange extract optional
  • 1 TB orange zest optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine gelatin powder and boiling water, and whisk to combine.
  • In a blender combine hot gelatin mixture, cold water, ice, and zest/extract.
  • Add in yogurt. Blend for at least 30 seconds or more. Pour into four 8 oz. dessert dishes, or one larger bowl.
  • Chill 2 hours, or overnight. Serve chilled.
