Low-Carb Banana Cream Dream Layered Dessert

Crust:
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 TB brown natural sweetener
3rd.: Pudding Layer:
- 1 box sugar-free instant banana pudding
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 banana sliced(optional)
4th.: Whipped topping Layer
Crust layer:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients to form shortbread dough. Spread in bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
Bake 8 minutes, or until lightly browned. Chill
Pudding layer:
Combine pudding mix and heavy cream following box instruction. Pudding will be soft set in 5 minutes.
Layer cheesecake mixture over chilled crust. Layer pudding mixture next. Top with sliced bananas if desired. Top with whipped cream.
