Low-Carb Banana Cream Dream Layered Dessert
This is the ultimate dreamy dessert when you want a delicious twist on homemade classic banana pudding with a lot fewer carbs and no added sugar!
This easy take banana pudding recipe is a take of my childhood favorite combined with the homemade Southern classic banana pudding recipe and starts with a homemade keto shortbread instead of wafer cookies.
Topped with luscious layers of a homemade fluffy whipped cream, dreamy cheesecake and banana pudding filling, it’s lightly dressed with sliced bananas, then topped with more whipped cream. Are you ready to dig in?
This cool and creamy Banana Pudding Dessert is simple to put together and ‘oh so delicious! Make in a square pan or easily double for a 9×13 dessert and get ready to be the talk of the party!
A word on bananas…
Now before you call the keto cops…I am using less than half a banana over four servings of dessert. If you absolutely are opposed to banana, then omit it. However, please note, this recipe is called low carb NOT keto for this reason.
