Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Cream butter and powdered natural sweetener with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Add in almond flour, salt, and extracts. Mixture will be crumbly.
  • Fold in chopped pecans by hand. Using a 2TB cookie baller, scoop dough and place about 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  • Flatten slightly with your hand. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until just lightly brown. Let cool completely on tray before removing.
  • Store in tight container for up to 7 days.
