Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing or ranch
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 TB apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TB dill pickle juice
  • 1 squirt splenda liquid sweetener
  • 1 tsp dill pickle seasoning optional
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl measure out 4 cups cabbage.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the mayo, dressing, vinegar, pickle juice, mustard and sweetener. whisk to combine.
  • Add in seasonings to taste. Whisk until the dressing is smooth.
  • Add the dressing to the cabbage. Using tongs or a large spoon, toss everything together until all the cabbage is coated.
  • While you can eat it immediately, letting it sit at least 30 minutes allows the flavors to meld.
