KETO Waffles | Simple to Make | Gluten Free | Flourless

Here is a delicious, simple to make Keto Waffles recipe.  This recipe is extremely versatile and you can make a sweeter waffle, or y0u could add chopped pecans, or even other seasonings for savory tasting waffles.


Prep Time:  2-3 minutes

Serving Size: 2 square waffles or 1 large Belgian Waffle

Cook Time:  5 minutes


  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Oz of softened Cream Cheese
  • 1/8 of a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 of a teaspoon of cinnamon

How to make them

Mix your Soften cream cheese,  2 eggs, cinnamon and vanillia extract into a food processor, blender or you can mix by hand using a wisk.  Let your mixture rest for a couple of minutes.

Heat your waffle maker, once heated pour the mixture into your waffle maker.  Cook for 5 minutes.

*Optional step:  If you like crispy waffles we suggest that you toast your waffles to make them a bit firmer.
