The elements can be prepared in advance and then cooked when you’re ready – and you can even cook them on an outdoor grill, barbecue or Blackstone to make things SUPER quick!

Breakfast Smash Taco
Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage any kind
- 8 eggs
- 8 low carb tortillas taco size
- 1 cup cheese shredded; any kind
- 1/2 cup vegetables optional
Instructions
- Spread sausage. evenly in a very thin layer over your tortilla all the way to the edgesHeat a griddle, or non-stick skillet with oil. Place tortilla, meat side down. Allow to cook undisturbed for 3 minutesFlip tortilla. Warming meatless side for 30 seconds. Remove to a plate. Garnish with cheese, eggs, and other toppings of choice. Fold in half. Eat immediately.
