Rotating Foods : To avoid monotony, rotate the foods you eat regularly. Even small changes, like adding different vegetables to a familiar breakfast, can help.

Trying New Recipes : Explore new recipes or different variations of familiar dishes (e.g., taco pizza instead of taco salad).

Trying Unfamiliar Foods : Be adventurous and try foods you’ve never had before, like pork belly or different root vegetables (e.g., rutabagas, jicama), while ensuring they fit your macros.

Dining Out or Getting Takeout : Treat yourself to a meal prepared by someone else for a change of pace and an opportunity to try new foods or get ideas for recreating dishes at home.

Accepting Boredom as Natural : We conclude by reminding you that boredom is a normal part of life, not just the keto diet, and suggest engaging in other activities to shift focus away from food.
