Keto Fat Bombs Two Easy Recipes | Sugar Free

This week we bring you two easy Fat Bomb recipes.  Fat bombs can be little snacks that are a good way to get in your fat macros, during the day.  They help curb cravings and help you feel full in between meals.

Recipe #1 Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 2 Tblsp softened Butter
  • 4 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tblsp of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Sugar Substitutes to taste

How to prepare

Add all ingredients in a bowl and using a hand mixer, mix until all ingredients are incorporated and smooth.  These can be placed in a mold or drop with a spoon on parchment paper.

Freeze or chill until hardened…

  • Servings:  12
  • Calories: 86
  • Fat: 9g
  • Carbs: 1g
  • Protein: 1g

Recipe #2 Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter (we suggest Adams All Natural)
  • 1/2 cup of virgin coconut oil
  • Sweetner substitute of your choice – we used stevia and Erythritol

How to prepare

Using a sauce pan add peanut butter and coconut oil and heat until they melt and form a liquid.

Remove your liquid mixture from the heat and add in your sweetener to taste…

Add into your molds….freeze and then enjoy.

  • Fat: 5.1 g
  • Carbs: 1.7 g
  • Protein: 1.7 g
