Keto Kickin’ Cajun Chicken Wraps

Say it with us five times fast: “Crispy Kickin’ Cajun Chicken!” (Don’t worry, we can’t do it either.) All tongue-twisters aside, we’re talking about these deliciously easy wraps, packed with yummy chicken seasoned with Louisiana-style blackening spices and kickin’ creamy sauce and peppers.

 

Serve golden-brown and you have a complete a meal that’s as every bit as enticing as it sounds. We had you at “packed with fried chicken,” didn’t we?

 

Imagine biting into the Kickin’ Cajun Chicken Sandwich, filled with chicken, provolone, Creole chili pepper sauce, crispy jalapeños, sweet hot Peppers, seasoned mayo, and vinegar, all in a low carb wrap. Did I mention easy?

So easy. I never want to spend a lot of time making lunch, especially during weekdays. That’s why I love this Cajun chicken wrap. There’s no cooking involved, and it only requires about 15 minutes of assembly.

Crunchy and fun. These wraps are anything but boring. Not only are the Creole flavors exciting, but these chicken wraps are filled with tangy veggies. They add the kind of crunch that makes eating fun!

Make it ahead of time. I love being able to meal prep. It helps me save time during the week. These wraps are great for that. They’re just as good after a few days, so you can make a big batch to get you through the week.

Keto Kickin' Cajun Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 low carb tortilla
  • 1/3 cup chicken cooked; chopped
  • 2 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 TB mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning
  • 2 dashes hot chili sauce
  • 2 tsp red onion sliced
  • 1 tsp pickled peppers
  • 1 tsp crispy jalapenos optional

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium temperature. Coat with 1 TB butter, or avocado oil.
  • Combine mayo, hot sauce and creole seasoning.
  • In a low carb tortilla, spread seasoned mayo. Top with sliced cheese, chicken, onions, peppers, and crispy jalepenos.
  • Fold and place it seam side down in hot skillet. Press down with lid for crunchy exterior. Serve warm. Enjoy!
