Caesar Chicken Smash Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 8 low carb tortillas 6 inch
- 2 TB Greek seasoning
- 2 TB Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded(fresh)
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 4 TB Caesar dressing to taste
Instructions
- Season your ground chicken with the seasonings and grated Parmesan.
- Spread evenly in a very thin layer over your tortilla all the way to the edges.
- Heat a griddle, or non-stick skillet with oil. Place tortilla, meat side down. Allow to cook undisturbed for 3 minutes.
- Flip tortilla. Warming meatless side for 30 seconds. Remove to a plate.Garnish with Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and chopped lettuce.Fold in half. Eat immediately.
